We have over 1000 colors of gel polish to choose from! We will maintain our progressiveness by creating the latest trends to exceed your expectations. Spa liners, files, buffers and pumice stones are single-use only, all tools and spa jets are disinfectant with an EPA registration for hospital-level after each use. Your safety and health are always our number one priority.

 

  • Client Consent/ Liability:

Infinity Nails is not responsible for any incidents/loss/ damage/ during your visit in the salon. Your presents at the salon indicate that you agree to hold harmless Infinity Nails LLC, Owners and employees, for any such injury or accident, and that you also agree that all liability including all accident or injury are not held against us. You further agree to defend and indemnify Infinity Nails LLC, for all claims brought against us (Infinity Nails LLC, Owners and employees) on arising out of any accidents or injury.

  • Skin Reactions/ Medical Conditions:

Infinity Nails will not take responsibility for any skin reactions to nail products or chemicals. If you are aware of any reactions to certain products/chemicals, please consult our staff before receiving services, or refrain from receiving services at our salon. Our diabetic clients are advised to inform our staff ahead to avoid cutting too close to cuticles so that we can minimize the risk of uncontrollable bleeding or infection.

  • Appointment:

Appointment is recommended. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there might be a waiting period before the services are provided.

  • Late Arrivals:

If you anticipate that you will be late more than 10 minutes, please call to check if we have the availability to complete your service. One late client may cause the entire schedule behind. Therefore, if you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your service/ your slot will be offered to the walk-in customer.

  • No Shows:

If you make an appointment that you don’t cancel and don’t show up for or be late multiple times, we reserve the right not to schedule your appointment in advance.

  • Refunds:

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction with a reasonable request. No refunds will be given.

  • Children:

Children are welcomed! But we want all of our clients that are coming here to be able to relax without toddlers and young children running and screaming around them. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

  • Phone Usage:

You may answer your phone call with reasonable volume. No loud speaker is allowed. Please respect other clients.

  • We Reserve the Right to Refuse service to:
  • Anyone is late for their appointments by more than 10-15 minutes.
  • Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians and other customers.
